In the rare event that our products fail to meet our commitment to quality, a refund may be offered at our discretion. Request for refund must be made within 24 hours upon receiving the products. We will endeavor to resolve all requests for refund within 7 business days of receiving the request.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received (within 7 business days), a store voucher will be given to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
