Our cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
These cookies are baked-to-order and then packed to ensure maximum freshness! However, we can only guarantee a shelf life of 3-4 days from the moment they are baked and packed.
Store the cookies with half a piece of white bread (ensure that they are not touching) in an airtight container. This can extend the shelf life to a few more days.
Freezing and then thawing when you are ready to eat. This can extend the shelf life to several weeks.
Thaw cookies by simply leaving them out to room temperature, or placing them in a microwave for 30 seconds (medium setting) until warm, or bake in a pre-heated oven at 140C for 3 minutes until warm.
Since we use 100% couverture chocolate in our cookies, chocolate bloom may occur. The whitish/grayish streaks are crystalized cocoa butter and are perfectly consumable and doesn’t affect flavor or quality.
